Mark brings over 20 years of senior executive experience in asset and financial management. Most recently, he has served as CEO/President of his own consulting firm, where he guides acquisition and assimilation of business operations, consults on property valuation and acquisition, provides expert testimony, and has provided assistance with multiple real estate and business receiverships. Previously, he was the CEO/Principal of MOB Asset Managers, LLC and of CMS Facilities Maintenance, LLC as well as VP of Leasing and Management for Western Centers, Inc. He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and completed MBA coursework at University of Phoenix.
Gary has over 17 years of practice in litigation support, banking, fraud investigations and forensic accounting, receiverships and bankruptcy consulting. His clients in these matters have included the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, Colorado Department of Revenue, local District Attorney Offices and various trustees in bankruptcy matters. Gary has worked for attorneys and law firms throughout the United States, including Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, California, Washington State, Texas, New York and Illinois. He has been retained as an expert on numerous occasions regarding banking standards and practices. He and his firm have performed loan reviews, due diligence reviews, management studies, regulatory reviews and other consulting services to various financial institutions around the United States. Gary has been engaged to investigate and write reports related to suspected fraudulent activity in a variety of businesses and, in certain circumstances, has provided his findings to law enforcement for possible prosecution. Gary has been engaged as an expert witness to perform economic damage calculations or to review the work of damage claims of opposing parties. Gary has also been appointed on numerous occasions by various Courts to act as a Court Appointed Receiver for various businesses and real estate ventures. He has been involved with and prepared numerous business valuations services both in and out of a litigation context. Prior to his consulting experience, he spent over 11 years as a Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, United States Treasury Department. During this time, Gary was responsible for the examination of nationally chartered banks ranging in size from $20 million to approximately $200 billion. Gary is a Certified Fraud Examiner ("CFE") and is currently the President of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Reid has over 30 years of experience in the automobile sales and finance sectors. He is a fourth generation auto dealer in Colorado. It started with his Great Grandfather, who was a Studebaker dealer, then his Grandfather, who had five Buy-Here/Pay-Here stores, and then to his father, who was a very successful Chevrolet Dealer. Right after college Reid owned and operated a very large wholesale car distributorship, buying and selling vehicles in all parts of the US. In 1990 he gave that up to be a part of a start-up subprime finance company called Monaco Finance, where he fell in love with the industry. In 1996 Reid bought Monaco’s retail operation and operated it as Car City Superstore for 12 years. During that time he built his business from 20 cars per month to well over 100 by developing a strategy built around subprime finance. In 2006 he was named “Special Finance Dealer of the Year” by Special Finance Magazine. During his time as a dealer, he created a separate entity to develop sales leads for dealers called Mile High Credit, which is still thriving today. Reid worked as a consultant in the dealer community, helping them to improve profitability. Additionally, Reid designed and developed a loyalty platform for all types of merchants called ReYrD (pronounced: rewired), which leveraged the use of consumer’s credit and debit cards to track and pay-out cash rewards. Reid is an out-of-the-box thinker that finds opportunities and develops the processes that make them successful.
Caleb brings over 10 years experience in outbound and inbound call center sales management. Most recently he has served in a sales operations position at one of the largest Credit Unions in the country, Mountain America Credit Union. Previous to that for 2 consecutive years he lead the Mountain America Credit Union Outbound Sales team in closed loan volume. He has extensive experience with Financial Services Sales, Business to Business inside software sales, and software sales as a service. While working for Evault a Seagate company he built the Lead Development team from the ground up to form a large successful team that provided all of the leads to the inside and outside sales teams and lead them to double digit growth. Caleb studied Biology and Business Management at Brigham Young University.
David's business management experience spans the spectrum from start-ups to turn arounds to leading multi-million dollar companies. He has taken companies out of bankruptcy and led successful turnarounds. He has also organized and managed several rollup companies and successfully sold a number of businesses. Through his relationships and expertise in the financial sector, he has obtained capital for numerous businesses, including a leasing company he owned. Specifically, Mr. Sunshine’s experience includes serving as the Founder and CEO of Silver Bullet Water Treatment Co., Managing Member of Churchill Business Partners (an international management consulting firm), CEO of Churchill Credit Corporation (an equipment leasing company), President of M&A Paradise Entertainment and Eyeball Media as well as senior leadership roles in commercial real estate and other types of businesses. He is an active leader in a variety of community organizations, including serving on boards and coaching youth programs.
